What we collect

Account details you give us: your name, email address, and password. Billing details needed to take payment, processed by our payment provider.

Service data generated by using a plan: which plan you bought, the destination, aggregate data usage, and the technical identifiers needed to provision an eSIM.

Basic site analytics: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, and device type.

Why we collect it

To provision and support your eSIM, to take payment, to answer support requests, to detect fraud and abuse, and to understand which parts of the site are useful.

We do not sell your personal information.

Payment information

Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We keep only the last four digits and card type so you can recognise your own payment method.

Who we share with

Our eSIM supplier and the local mobile operators, to the extent needed to provision your plan and route your traffic. Our payment processor, to take payment. Our support tooling, to handle your messages.

We also share information where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language choice, and measure site usage. You can block cookies in your browser, though signing in will stop working if you block ours.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Usage records are kept for a shorter period, long enough to handle billing questions and abuse investigations.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email support and we will action it.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will tell account holders by email. The date at the top of this page shows the last update.
