Pricing without the squeeze

Prepaid plans priced per destination. You see the total before you pay, and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.

How are plans priced?

Every plan is a fixed amount of data valid for a fixed number of days in a specific country or region. Local network costs differ everywhere, so a week in Japan is not the same price as a week in Brazil. We publish the real starting price for each destination instead of a single headline number that only applies to one country.

What you pay for

  • The data allowance you chose
  • The validity window, counted from first connection
  • Any tax required where you buy

What you never pay for

  • Activation or setup fees
  • Monthly subscriptions or auto-renewals
  • Per-day roaming surcharges
  • Shipping, because nothing ships

What if I need more data mid-trip?

If you run low, top up from your dashboard at the same published rates. Top ups attach to the eSIM already on your phone, so you keep the same profile and the same QR code.

What is the refund policy?

If an eSIM cannot install or a network genuinely fails, we refund it. We are upfront about the limits: data you have already used is not refundable, which is how every prepaid plan works.

What does a plan actually cost?

Prices depend on the destination. Here are some real starting points to give you a sense of range. These are the cheapest plan per country, not a teaser rate.

Why do prices vary so much between countries?
Each plan uses a local carrier network in the destination country, and wholesale data costs differ everywhere. A gigabyte in Thailand is cheaper than a gigabyte in Japan because of how each country's carriers price wholesale access. We pass those differences through rather than averaging them into a single global rate, so you only pay what the destination actually costs.
Is there a daily charge or subscription?
No. Every plan is a one-time prepaid purchase. You pay once, use the data until it runs out or the validity window closes, and nothing renews. There is no account to cancel, no recurring charge, and no auto-renewal. If you want more data later, you buy a top-up explicitly.
What happens if I do not use all my data?
Unused data expires at the end of the validity window. If you have not activated the eSIM at all, or if installation genuinely failed, you can request a refund within 30 days. Once you have connected and used data on a network, the remaining balance is not refundable, which is standard for prepaid plans everywhere.
Are taxes included in the listed price?
The plan price shown is before tax. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on where you are buying from and displayed before you confirm payment. There are no hidden surcharges added after the fact.
Can I top up if I run out of data mid-trip?
Yes. Top-ups attach to the eSIM profile already installed on your phone, so you keep the same QR code and the same local number assignment. Top-up prices are the same published rates as new plans, with no premium for buying more data after initial purchase.
